So what is AK August? Basically we are looking for the next cover for a new comic collection called AK Girl Adventures. This will be similar to The Perfect Platinum CollectionThe Perfect Platinum Collection only the issues will focus on AK Girl.
So why are we doing this contest? For the simple reason we had an incredible response to our variant cover contest with a brilliant range of entries and some supremely talented artists showing off their skills (check out the entries here, the winner by Kendal Collins is below)

Now there are two sides to the AK August contest
The Art Contest: Deadline 31st August
The big prize for this one will be that your pic will be the cover for AK Girl Adventures. Of course that gives you a wide range of possibilities, whether from the comics themselves or referencing films, video games etc.
As well as this you will also receive a PDF copy of AK Girl Adventures as well as The Perfect Platinum Collection and a short story collection. Finally you will get a special edition Fox Box sent out to you as well!
The only rules for the contest are-
1. It has to focus on AK Girl
2. Keep it PG/PG13 (No nudity/gore etc, be sensible)
3. If you post it on Deviantart, Facebook, Twitter or Instagram please use the hashtag #AKAugust or tag in Reynard City.

The Sketch Contest- Deadline 31st August
Don’t worry if you’re not an artist we have a prize for writers too- we want to add some exclusive writing to the collection as well. We want you to come up with a short sketch (no more than 2 pages) featuring AK Girl.
Now the idea can be anything but think about things like parodies, end credit scenes or trailers featuring AK Girl.
As with the art contest the prize will include the digital collections and a Fox Box as well as your work included in the collection.
