Spread love not the virus: Reynard City Review request

As the Coronavirus spreads, it has become harder for people. Freelancers are losing jobs, performers face cancelled shows, with cancelled movies, TV shows, sports etc it is a hard time all round.

But I do also believe we can do something positive. So for a short period, I am offering anyone who wants to do it the chance to plug themselves and submit a review of Reynard City Chronicles Issue 1.

Rules

1. This link is for you and you alone. It is not to be emailed or distributed elsewhere, we’re trusting you on this.
2. Remember to introduce yourself and your work either before or after the review (If you want to include graphics/clips that’s cool too).
3. The review can be as long or as short as you like, but personally I’d recommend no more than 10 minutes.
4. We want to hear your opinion- This is not about “my brother/niece/next door neighbour would like this” We want to know what you think, your opinion is valid.
5. This is not a sales thing- You can include positive and negative points. However, I do request you don’t swear or rant, this is not the kind of thing we’re going for.

How we can all help each other

Aside from the comic, here are things you can do as well-

1. See if local indie shops (comic stores, cafes etc) do deliveries if you are at home.
2. Promote people via Twitter hashtags such as Foxy Follow Friday, Creative Biz Hour, Webcomic Hour or locally based ones such as Norfolk Hour
3. If you can, donate to Patreon, Ko-Fi, Paypal tip jars etc for people
4. Check in on friends with a message, let them know you’re thinking about them

Why do we do Foxy Follow Friday? Why do we have a special thanks playlist on our Youtube channel? It’s because a lot of people have given up their time to help support Reynard City. Whether it’s artists, fans, crowdfunders or sponsors, over the last 12 years they have all kept this project going.

Your support means everything to me, and to the people who make this comic happen. I know it’s a scary time out there, but I think we have the chance to do some positive to support each other.
