We have a new art contest (Deadline September 2021) and happy to say we are working with Fat Fox Pizza Den in Norwich for our prize. Winners will receive a prize pack include a collection of stickers and other Reynard City merchandise, while four runners up will receive a digital prize pack including the first three Reynard City Chronicles issues, the Perfect Platinum Collection and AK Girl Adventures.
But that’s not all!
The Fat Fox Pizza Den is a business based on Prince of Wales Road in Norwich. They offer their own twists on the typical takeaway formula, including the Mandalorian (a tribute to the Star Wars show with pulled pork and green chillies, one of personal faves), topped chips and chicken nachos (though they do have the classic pepperoni if you prefer).
In addition to this, Fat Fox Pizza Den has been supporting local businesses in the Norwich area by letting them put advertising stickers on their pizza boxes (something we have benefited from). In addition to this, they have agreed to put one of your awesome Reynard City pics on display in their premises (this will be on top of the prize mentioned above).
They will picking out the winners, as with every new art contest we always try to get in neutral judges to give people as fair a chance as possible of winning.
While this is a new art contest, the rules remain the same, but here is a quick refresher.
Fanart Friday
At the end of every month we do Fanart Friday. With these videos we post up the fanart, gifts, commissions and so forth (though we shorten the name to Fanart Friday for the sake of simplicity!)
Each month we do a different theme. You don’t necessarily need to do a themed pic to get into the video each month, but it helps!
This month’s theme is “Variants”. You can see more info on this in a previous blog here but as a basic overview we are looking for your versions of our covers (including both Reynard City Chronicles and the original webcomics in our archive)
If you need a bit of inspiration, check out some examples below

Special thanks to AquariusLibras for this pic and a happy St Patrick’s Day to everyone who celebrates!
Issue 4 update
Reynard City Chronicles issue 4 is coming this year. Marshall Ray is currently working on the art and follows on from the events of issue 3 and we will be doing an update video on Monday. If you haven’t already, you can get digital and print copies of issues 1 to 3 via our Ko-Fi shop and the Ko-Fi page also includes a place where you can donate to our team as well as short story, art and voice actor commissions!
In addition to this, you can secure a cameo appearance in issue 4. There are three slots left (special shoutout to Rev701 for taking the first slot) and this is also available through the Ko-Fi shop and also a special one-off Patreon tier. Alternatively you can pay the equivalent via Paypal to secure your slot.
The reason this is important is because these cameos are part of what funds this comic, alongside crowdfunding and sponsorship. All support is appreciated and if you would like to know more you can get all the links here.
