Up now on Deviantart we have a new poll (they’re fun so we’re planning on doing some more!) This one’s pretty simple- what Reynard City comic so far has been your fave?
Need a recap?
This video covers the issues mentioned in the Deviantart poll (plus a couple we couldn’t fit in as it limits the poll to 10 choices and there’s only so many we could get in!)
For a quick recap of the Reynard City Chronicles, Kenny The Koala created these posters with a neat synopsis (as well as a reminder these four issues are available via Bookbugs and Dragontales, Canary Comics, Beccles Books (with Eaton Post Office as a pickup point) and for those outside the UK or who want them delivered via our Ko-Fi shop
As part of the Deviantart poll, I’ll also do a quick recap of issues mentioned in the video too. You can see them and more in the archive section of the site (thanks Visualise!)

Yes Sensei (Art by Danielle Gransaull, Story by Ielle Palmer)
Yes Sensei- A great bonus issue with art by Danielle Gransaull and story by Ielle Palmer, it’s a prequel that looks at Vibes’ time growing up and discovering her powers at Mike’s Dojo.

All The Fun of the Fair cover by Dan Butcher
Dan Butcher (Vanguard) creates a wonderfully dark story as Vibes comes to regret wanting a little time off as she ends up in the bizarre world of The Operator’s theme park…
No Going Back sees Nicholas Webb and Strider Syd give us a story of what happens when a psychic witnesses a traumatic event and what the team has to do to bring her back.

Alternotron cover by Jed Soriano
Alternotron was created as a bonus reward to help promote our trip to the Edinburgh Fringe festival. However, Jed Soriano hits it out of the park with a story that gets to the centre of Wondervixen’s fraught relationship with AK Girl and how the titular villain’s ability to create a “perfect” reality sends things spiralling out of control.

Balloon Boy by Nicholas Webb
Depending on who you ask, this issue with art by Nicholas Webb is either “an acid trip” or “touching and emotional”. Also keep an eye out in the background for some Kickstarter backers in cameo appearances!

Out of shape cover Susie Gander
Susie Gander has been with us pretty much since the start and I love her style. This issue takes a few weird twists and turns, as AK Girl takes on Chemic-Al when he takes hostages in a hotel, only for his chemical attack to warp her body. Meanwhile, Wondervixen and Hyper Rob investigate some seemingly random things transformed into odd shapes…

Subconscious Pt 1 cover by Nicholas Webb

Subconscious pt 2 by Jed Soriano
Subconscious Pts 1 and 2 (Pt 1 art by Nicholas Webb, Pt 2 by Jed Soriano) is the climax of the Perfect Platinum arc. And I love how they capture the nature of the heroes taking on a villain that can literally mess with their minds!
Those are all the ones covered in the video. As stated before you have over 25 that you can look at in the archive section as well as the four current Reynard City Chronicles issues.
However, if you want to see more of the original webcomics you can subscribe to John Paul Guerra’s Youtube channel (see below)
Issue 5 coming soon!
