What is TurboFox about?
TurboFox is about a group of four Fox cadets known as the Fox Squad who set off into space to stop the evil Emperor Lupus and the Lupus Empire from conquering their home planet Foxtopia and the galaxy Animalia.
Who is TurboFox aimed at?
The TurboFox comics are mainly aimed at kids over 7, as well as teens and adults who’d fancy creator-owned comics.
What are your inspirations behind the comic?
The Star Fox games, the SWAT Kats cartoon, and a touch of Sonic the Hedgehog.
What tips would you have for someone who wants to produce a comic?
Try to start small, focus on finishing rather than perfection, and understand that a good story matters more than polished artwork.
What are your ambitions for the comic?
I aim to expand the TurboFox universe, by developing more story arcs, and possibly an animated series adaptation.
I’ve been showcasing my comics at a few small conventions and made some connections with potential fans, so hopefully, more people – via word of mouth – would check out my comic series, because of its excellent story and fun Saturday morning vibes.
Where can people find the comic?
My comics are on sale through the official Dorn Comics website at www.dorncomics.com
