Meanwhile, Vibes (AK Girl) and Guillermo (Hyper Rob) take on a mysterious new villain called El Paso Grande, who claims to be the love of Sal’s life.

A change in pace for this issue. We include the first print versions of Yes Sensei (AK Girl’s origin story), and Revelation (Sal in therapy). On top of that, ElBunny created a mini-cult with his Queen Vibes character (something we covered here)

We also had A World In Chaos, a story where Vibes had to fight Mega Fox’s former lieutenant Squirmy in her own psyche, while Sal and Guillermo dealt with the fallout of the Zedites taking over Earth. All of which culminates in a massive setup for our next issue (and indeed the final arc of the series!)

Susie has been doing fab work for us pretty much from the start and this issue shows off her skills as the team battle both the bizarre Shape-O-Matic’s ability to transform things into different shapes and Vibes dealing with a reaction to a chemical attack.

All The Fun of the Fair

This issue showcases some stylish art courtesy of Dan Butcher, as Vibes’ desire to cut loose and have fun backfires when she gets caught up in a fairground that’s definitely not fair!

Rise of Balloon Boy

Nicholas Webb

Depending on who you ask, this issue is either a “bizarre acid trip” or “emotional and touching” as Vibes rushes to save her love Mark from the clutches of Mega Fox, as well as facing the power of Balloon Boy.
