Reynard City Chronicles animated trailer

Our first Reynard City Chronicles animated trailer is up now!

For a long time, we have had people ask “When is there going to be a Reynard City animated series” or “When are you going to do an animated series?” If you look in our proposed projects section you know this is something we have worked on before.

I am happy to say that thanks to Jimferno we now have a Reynard City animated trailer, based on comic art by Elie Renard Delisle-Lafortune and BlueIke. We also have our fabulous voice cast and a few other fabulous creative collaborators (credited below)

But we don’t want to stop there! In recent times, animated projects such as Lacksadaisy, Litterbox Comics and Catching Up have all benefited from crowdfunding, allowing for a broad range of styles and stories that would not have been possible with indie animation before.

Our aim is to be able to get on this level. In order to do that we have a few hurdles to clear first. We have the voice acting talent, we have talented artists but the process of doing animation takes time and will require focus.

This is why our #FundTheFinale project goes beyond finishing the comic. We want to include more creative talent, we want to get more people involved.

We have been so lucky with the comic and Fanart Friday, a whole community has developed and it is very encouraging. We definitely want to do more animated content but it will require support.

This is why we are asking (as much as possible) for people to donate to our Fund The Finale goal. With the final issue of Reynard City Chronicles in sight now is the time for people to get involved and spread the word. By buying comics, liking and sharing the videos and telling people this is what you want to see you can be part of the next phase for Reynard City, to make an animated Reynard City series a possibility.
